Dear friends,

Just a quick note to reassure you that, despite the news out this morning, the CDP court case going through the High Court in Valencia has NOT been thrown out. The lawyers did not have all the evidence they needed for the deadline on 30th January and they knew that, when the case is apparently stopped, they can then re-submit it with no problems. The only problem was that they did not realise that the news would hit the headlines, and they had not told us that they were doing this. So let Mari Carmen have her day of triumph - Joan Carles has already sent in a press release explaining what has happened.

It did nearly give us all a heart attack this morning, however!!

Hope to see some of you this Friday night at the Cooperativa, and don't forget we will want a good showing next Thursday for the MEPs visit in the late afternoon - more details when they are certain, over the weekend.
